Owner Chef Bruno has for the last 30 years created many of Pizzeria Mamma Mia’s popular signature dishes. His attention to detail and passion for good food ensures that everything leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard.
Chef Nik has worked in Mediterranean restaurants for over 15 years and since 2003 he has gained vast experience working as a Chef. His specialities in the Kitchen are preparing Pasta, Meat & Fish dishes.

Chef Marco has grown up cooking in the family business with his Father Bruno passing down to him all of his Kitchen secrets. Chef Marco’s passion is for creating appetising Pizza dishes.
Our Open Kitchen
At the heart of Pizzeria Mamma Mia is our Open Kitchen with its distinctive wood stone oven and experienced team of Chefs who include Bruno, Nik, Carlo, Marco, Roger and Andria. With only the finest ingredients being used you are sure to taste authentic Italian Cuisine from perfect pasta and pizza to mouth watering meatballs. If there is something you want but can’t find on the menu our staff are always happy to hear your requests.
